As educators, we pride ourselves on being selfless, on giving all we have to our students to benefit their wellbeing and their academic success.  We often give until there’s little left for ourselves and our families. Sound familiar? Educators, as a profession, are at a higher risk of toxic stress than others.

  • Starting March 18th, for our Reduce Educator Burnout Course! Each week, Shylla Webb and other Inner Matter coaches will lead a live, 60-minute session.
  • Inner Matter’s Reduce Educator Burnout course was designed by an educator for educators who are at risk of burning out or maybe feel a bit burnt already! Shylla Webb, your instructor, experienced and overcame burnout, and now she’s ready to share these strategies with educators from all over.
  • We will come together for live sessions once a week, where each of you will have access to a coach familiar with education and will be supported by our founder, Shylla Webb.  (And yes, you’ll have access to your coach in between sessions!)

Understand the signs of burnout and your body’s stress response system

Understand the science of emotions and how to manage them
Identify your common triggers as an educator
Understand the importance of putting yourself first so you can truly care for others

A personalized resiliency plan, developed alongside your dedicated coach

Techniques to proactively reduce your stress levels while you are teaching

The ability to skillfully address your physical and mental reactions to stress

A 30 minute 1:1 SOS call to use at any time for the remainder of the 20-21 school year
